01 ENQUIRIES

MAKE AN ENQUIRY USING OUR CONTACT FORM

Please enter the most important information such as the approximate number of people, your desired date and the number of rooms you need.

This allows us to discuss the important matters the first time we meet at the hotel.

02 VIEWING

ON-SITE APPOINTMENT AT THE HOTEL & INITIAL AGREEMENT

You will get to know your contact person and the location.
Together we will plan a concept for your event tailored to your needs.

03 OFFER & CONTRACT

WILL BE PREPARED ACCORDING TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS

Now that the basic arrangements have been agreed and the content settled, we will work out the offer  and the catering agreement.

We will also reserve the required number of hotel rooms.

04 SECOND & FINAL AGREEMENT

90 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT, WE WILL FINALISE THE DETAILS

90 days before your celebration, we will settle the last details: the exact number of people, the table and seating  plan, flowers, arrangements, arrival, etc.

The final agreement will be made 10 days before the event – when we will start with the preparations.
